Featured projects of the year

As we enter another year, we are ready for more innovative designs and transformative spaces. But before we go any further in 2024, we’re excited to go through our most featured projects of the year. These three selections not only exemplify our commitment to excellence, but also showcase the diverse range of our design capabilities.

From an inviting outside to an elegant interior, this Houston Heights home really was a beautiful project. This new construction is contemporary, smart, and comfortable–the perfect cozy home for a family of three, but also the ideal space for entertaining up to 100 guests. Freeing up space was important, and the shelving to display art and decor was a perfect way to accomplish this. The jaw-dropping factor is the indoor-outdoor feeling we created by opening all main spaces of the home to the pool area—the height of sophistication.

This California house felt like a dream to work on! This luxurious Newport Beach family home offers some of the best views of the bay I’ve ever seen. From the living room to the master bedroom and the patio area, the views are gorgeous, and I wanted the interior to be equally as ambient as the outside seascape. The media room is a perfect example of how to enjoy the Southern California weather, as you can swing the doors open and take it all in.

This family room needed to be lightened up, so I went with bright colors in the room itself and introduced florals to the bathroom. The greens and whites really bring an inviting warmth to a room that is meant for the comfortable feeling of family. The bright color vibe continues in the bathroom, as I used floral patterns on the walls to give that immersive nature feeling. Having real flowers in a vase completed the look perfectly.
